Southwind at Spearville

Southwind at Spearville is a nonprofit organization focused on the care of seniors in a family like environment. A local board of directors governs the organization and partners with Graceteam for operational leadereship. Our mission is to serve elders in an honorable way.

The care for residents is person-centered and staff engage in caregiving relationships based upon an individual's needs and personal desires. This person-centered model combines small homes with the full range of personal care and clinical services expected in a high-quality nursing home as well as assisted living environments.
